All the required suppliers are sourced and liaised with to ensure deliveries and products are in tip top condition and delivered on time. This all adds up to a no fuss and organised project with reliable craftsman and quality products who won’t let you down.

All our projects are undertaken alongside a professional JCT contract. The JCT is a long established, well known and widely used contract protecting both parties and keeping the project on a professional road ensuring a good customer / client relationship throughout the project. The contract features such benefits as fixed contract price, time schedules (start to completion dates) with penalties for running over time and an agreed percentage to be retained by the client over the guarantee period.
